We often make extra potatoes just so we can enjoy the leftover potatoes for breakfast the next morning. My husband and I absolutely love this! It’s a simple, delicious dish that’s easy to prepare!
If you prefer less heat, you can simply fry these using other seasonings such as Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, or any spices you like.

We are huge fans of spicy foods and use Frank’s Red Hot in many of the dishes we prepare. It’s the primary seasoning added to these potatoes. We usually don’t offer this to our kids, except for our 6-year-old, Vivian, who absolutely loves spicy flavors.
We usually eat only this for breakfast, but it pairs perfectly with eggs cooked any way you like and a side of your favorite breakfast meat.
