
We absolutely love this marinade and use it for both pork chops and steak. I originally got the recipe from a friend’s brother, but I’ve since adapted it to suit our tastes.

With a combination of Worcestershire and select herbs and spices, this pork marinade is fantastic! These pork chops pair very well with our Roasted Potatoes recipe.
We usually grill these, but last night when we went to cook them, we realized we were out of propane for the BBQ—oops! So, we pan-fried them instead!

We usually prepare a side salad to accompany this meal, but this time we were a bit pressed for time.

I have been making these potatoes for over 15 years. We enjoy them at least once a month, often more. Everyone in our household loves them! You can roast the potatoes to your preferred level of doneness If you have leftovers, you can make Spicy Leftover Potatoes the next morning with them as well!
