Hot Dogs on the Fire on a Friday Night! Kids Love it!

My granddaughter was here for the weekend. She can be a picky eater, and she loves fires, so we decided to have a fire Friday evening so all the kids could roast their own hotdogs for dinner.

This is one thing we love about living in the country!

4 years ago when we moved to this house, the firepit that was here was pretty destroyed, we quickly put this one together, which we love! But we do need to re-do it again soon as it is starting to fall apart as well.

One of our dogs, Hazel, loves fires as well, she's the only one of our four dogs we can trust to be at the fire with us and not run away.

All 3 girls had a great evening and enjoyed their hotdogs and of course their roasted marshmallows afterwards.
