We absolutely love this marinade, we use it for both pork chops and steak. I originally obtained this recipe from a friends brother, but i have adapted it to our liking.
With a combination of Worcestershire and select herbs and spices, this pork marinade is fantastic! These pork chops pair very well with our Roasted Potatoes recipe.
We will typically grill these, but when we went to cook them last night we realized we had no propane for our BBQ, oops! So we pan fried them instead!
Often we will make a side salad to go with this meal, but we were slightly rushed.
I have been making these potatoes for probably over 15 years. We have them at least once a month, sometimes more. Everyone in our house loves them! You can roast them to your desired doneness. If you have leftovers, you can make Spicy Leftover Potatoes the next morning with them as well!
