We have had our smoker for about 4 years and for some reason have never smoked chicken thighs. Tonight we decided to try it, and it was delicious!
I make my own homemade "shake n' bake" so i can put what spices i want in it.
They turned out quite well, and the smoky flavor was all the way down to the bone.
The tray pictured in this photo was purchased here. We have been using these trays on our smoker since we got it, and they are fantastic!
We were also feeling kind of lazy and decided to just make boxed sides, we made turkey stove top stuffing and white cheddar shells pasta-roni. They go well together so it was a good choice.
